March 2010 Status Update

Well, I just found the blog from visiting my profile page again from another site, and well, I guess there have been a small few people who have been wondering, what happened?

Well, I have quit making games with Rpg Maker VX for some time now, and I was thinking of returning, since I'm quite bored and I like to do stuff like that, so stay tuned for an update.
Here's one so far.

Character REDO

Name: Zelin Faire
Class: Drazeorta
Weapon: Two Handed Blade
Description: A teenager who doesn't speak too much, but not to little either. He grew up in the city of Falron, and was raised by his cousin Zealinox, who taught him the ways of the blade. His cousin later left toward Mal Calmm, a mythical city that many have wanted to see, but have never returned to tell the tale. Zealinox realized that Zelin was special inside, with the power of the Drazeorta within him, and sent him to train with his master, Dunan. Here begins Zelins journey, where he learns the ways of the Drazeorta, and new friendships are born.


Name: Fuji Kyosuke
Class: Breaker
Weapon: Blade
Description: Born with royal blood, Fuji was incredibly intelligent at a young age, though when his father was on his deathbed, the evil council of the city of Tallitean planned and removed Fuji of his rightful throne and banished him from Tallitean and put him on a boat towards the continent of Cahl Asaid to a small family. He was unfortunately captured by a rebel ship who then auctioned him in the town of Juhil, where he was bought by Dunan. Dunan took him under his wind and trained him into a fighter and also taught him the studies of the world. Fuji became friends with Zelin after they sparred in training, and they have become strong partners together.

Name: Cellinia Winterflower
Class: Valkyrie
Weapon: Bow
Description: Born into a small family and an abusive father, Cellinia was a beautiful and fair girl who was often beat for arguing with her father, who was a heavy drinker. Her brother, Kasu, always helped her and ended up being beat by their father as well. Her mother was weak and ill and almost always in bed, and one day sneaked Cellinia and Kasu out of the house away from their home. She applied Cellinia to the Valkyrie service, while Kasu was put into training under Rundis, who was a friend of their mother. Her mother died shortly after of illness, and her father was arrested for trying to rape a maid in a bar. Cellinia specialized and excelled at bows and was awarded rookie of the year at the academy.

Small Update

Just a small update. Got a few skills ready and done with, and the first ready map with cutscenes.

Dawn of the New Blade Productions

Well, this is it! My blog for Dawn of the New Blade, an RPG (Role-Playing Game) game that is being created with the RPG MAKER VX. I'll start posting updates and progress and information on things when I get more progress done in the game.
